Previously, my old plumbing company quoted me $565 to rebuild the toilet valve or $1,300 for a new toilet, which made me realize it was time to seek a different plumber.When my warranty company sent over Relentless, Ed efficiently handled the problem without the need for any extensive repairs. I wasn’t in the mood to have water heater issues, especially on the weekend, but my warranty company sent them out because I had a leak. I caught Daniel over the weekend, and he was patient with my questions. Ed came out that day to explain what was wrong. I won’t lie; it sounded expensive and like much work.I was worried about my out-of-pocket expenses and the time it would take. I had a few code issues to handle. Alicia was patient with me on the phone and outlined everything perfectly. To wrap it up, Cory was able to come out and get the job done in about an hour! I am impressed. I’m giving Relentless five stars on the service alone from all involved. I’m still sad about the cost, but I know it could’ve been much more, and for that, I’m thankful. Thank you, Relentless!

Little D and Kevin came to my home to install a NEW water heater in my home and where very FAST and I asked questions… even some silly I thought.. but they BOTH assured me in a positive and knowledgeable answer for each of my questions. The hot water works! The plumbers are professional and informative. The only complaints I have are that there were holes left behind for us to patch back up and they left stuff out that they didn’t put back into the cabinets and closet. A little clean-up had to be done. Cory did put our air vent back together when he discovered it was pulled apart in the attic. For that, I gave them the 5-stars. Thanks guys!

Corey installed a new gas line so we can install a gas log set in our fireplace. He did an outstanding job of figuring out how to gain access to the back of our fireplace. He had to remove some siding to get to it. He did this without busting it all up. It should be an easy job of putting it all back like it was before.I appreciate Corey's consideration in taking some time to figure this out and gain the access he needed.Once he had access, Corey was able to install the hard and flex lines inside our firebox.Great job Corey, Thank you very much!

Two technicians showed up they were very professional very friendly replaced the water heater which I had only done 4 years earlier through someone else. The previous was not up to code so they got me up to code explained everything to me they did give me a veteran discount which please me very much. I would definitely call them again for any issues that I may have thank you for coming on such short notice and coming all my fears 🙂

We used our warranty company who sent out Relentless Plumbing for my daughter’s toilet bathroom issue upstairs. They fixed the bathroom issue and the plumber even went above and beyond by replacing the vavle at the bottom and replaced the guts of the toilet bowl. It’s working like new now. The owner takes pride in his company and has communication not only with his team but his customers.
